Sustainable practices are at the heart of our effort to deliver a genuinely great product.  From our fair-trade and organic ingredient sourcing to our kitchen equipment and vending supplies, we strive to make decisions that prioritize the wellbeing of people and our planet. Our herbs are sourced in bulk from Mountain Rose Herbs and Organic India, and we purchase our organic, fair-trade cane sugar from our local healthfood store, Everybody's Whole Foods.  Our syrups are brewed in stainless steel and always bottled in glass. And for those curious about our name -- our brand's design aesthetic & title are a nod to a style known as Art Nouveau (Noo-voh) - nouveau meaning "new" in French - famous for sinuous, flowing motifs, inspired by plant forms and nature. A fitting vibe for our sophisticated, all natural frozen dessert!
